From upload to review without searching
When an upload stays attached to the request it answers, review can focus on the work instead of the hunt for context.
The upload is not the finish line
Receiving a file is only useful when the team can tell what it answers. The period, document type, owner and request should travel with the upload so review starts from a known place.
A practical review sequence
- Confirm that the file belongs to the right client and period.
- Check that it answers the original request.
- Record the review state and any follow-up needed.
- Keep the activity visible for the next person on the team.
The sequence is simple, but it protects the practice from a familiar failure mode: a folder full of files with no clear next action.
Keep delivery connected
When the CA team creates a deliverable, it should remain connected to the same client relationship. The client should know what has been delivered, and the practice should be able to see the path from request to completion.
That is how a document workflow becomes a dependable working record.
