About Duly
Duly is a software service operated by Kenmark ITan Solutions for Chartered Accountant practices, their authorised team members, invited client organisations and authorised Kenmark administrators. By accessing Duly, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Authorised use
Users must only access records and functions they are permitted to use. Practice administrators are responsible for reviewing team membership, permissions and client access. Users must provide accurate information and keep their access device and one-time-password sessions secure.
Practice and client data
Each practice remains responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and professional use of the information it enters or requests. Clients remain responsible for the files and information they submit. Duly supports collaboration and record keeping; it does not replace professional judgement or statutory filing responsibility.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass Duly access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, misuse client information or use Duly for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Duly, its software, brand elements and original service materials belong to Kenmark or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, users must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit those materials.
Subscriptions and billing
Features, user limits, client limits and billing responsibilities depend on the selected plan. Charges, taxes, coupons, renewal rules and cancellation treatment shown during purchase or in a signed commercial document take priority over this overview.
Availability and changes
Kenmark may update Duly to improve reliability, security, workflows or supported integrations. Planned maintenance and material service changes should be communicated through the channels available to the affected account. Duly is provided subject to reasonable availability and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or events outside Kenmark's control.
Suspension and closure
Access may be limited or suspended when required for security, non-payment, misuse, legal compliance or protection of other users. Data export and retention following closure depend on the account arrangement and applicable obligations.
Disclaimer and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Duly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and disputes are subject to the applicable courts in that jurisdiction.
