About this policy
This policy explains how Kenmark ITan Solutions ("Kenmark", "we" or "us") handles information in connection with Duly, its connected client-operations platform for Chartered Accountants, their teams and invited clients.
Information handled by Duly
Duly may handle account and contact information, CA-practice details, client records, documents, deadlines, appointments, team roles, billing records and product activity needed to provide and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate CA and client workspaces, route document requests, maintain shared calendars and reminders, support billing, respond to support requests, investigate service issues and protect access to Duly.
Practice and client relationships
A Chartered Accountant practice controls the work it creates and the users it invites. Client organisations and their authorised users can access the records and actions made available to them by the connected practice and its plan configuration. Practices and clients remain responsible for the information they submit and the permissions they grant.
Service providers and sharing
Kenmark may rely on hosting, storage, authentication, email, payment and support providers configured for the Duly deployment. Those providers process information for the services they supply. Kenmark does not use Duly to sell personal information to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of record, the connected practice relationship, subscription status, legal obligations and deployment configuration. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion should include enough information for Kenmark to locate the relevant account.
Security and access
Duly uses role-aware permissions, authenticated access and activity records to reduce unauthorised access. Security controls also depend on the infrastructure and integrations selected for the deployment. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also manage optional browser storage through your browser settings, although disabling essential storage can affect Duly sign-in and core functionality.
